How do I cancel or reschedule my flight booking?

If your flight is within the next 48 hours we strongly recommend you chat with our concierge service and share the details with them for immediate resolution. 

What are Trip Tap Toe charges for flight cancelation and rescheduling?

Over and above airline charges we charge a modest service fees of Rs. 300 per person per way for domestic flights and Rs. 1000 per person per booking for international flights.

What is the process to get refund if I have cancelled my flight booking directly with the airline?

If you have cancelled your flight directly with the airline, we will process the refund only after we have received the refund from the concerned airline. To initiate the process you are required to send us the Booking ID to emable us to trace the refund. 

Why is my ticket showing "Pending PNR"?

Sometimes tickets fall under pending queue due to availability and pricing issues. You will receive the ticket within 15 mins (10am-9pm). For tickets pending beyond service hours you are requested to wait for 24 hours. 

Do I issue a new ticket in case of pending PNR?

We strongly recommend you not to book a fresh ticket before contacting our customer support

How do I web check in for my flight?

Our customer support team can assit you with  with seat availability, check in formalities and send you the boarding pass. We charge a service of Rs. 250 per perosn per way. You can also do web check in directly on the airline’s website. 

What should I do if the airline has cancelled / rescheduled my flight to unsuitable timings?

In case of undesirable flight rescheduling we can assist you with a full refund request. However, the same is at the discretion of the airline’s decision. 

How do I book a hotel with free cancelation ?

When you are on the hotel details page choose hotel price with clearly shows “Pay Later” & Free Cancelation Date

What are Trip Tap Toe charges for hotel cancelation and rescheduling?

Trip Tap Toe does not charge any hotel cancelation charges or date change charges. Hotel date change charge and cancelation may vary. 

Why is my Hotel booking is not reflecting at the hotel front desk ?

Once you confirm your hotel booking with us, it may take up to 72 hours for the booking to be updated at the hotel front desk. For check-in within the next 72 hours, it will be updated earlier.

How do I request for early check-in?

Early hotel check-in is subject to availability at the time of check-in and at the discretion of the hotel. 

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to guarantee early check-in unless the hotel confirms it.

How do I "Hack" my hotel price?

Start by uploading a snaphot of the hotel price you want us to hack on the concierge button on the home page.

You can also upload your hotel voucher.

Our intelligent algorithms will authenticate all details and send you better pricing within 24 hours.
 

How do I get my hotel booking invoice?

You will receive the invoice for your hotel booking within 48 hours of check out. If you still do not receive the same send an email to [email protected] with your Booking ID. 

What is the difference between Double Room & Twin Room?

A Double Room usually has only 1 King/Queen size bed. A Twin Room has two single beds. If you think you have booked a wrong room type you can always contact the hotel to change. The property usually accommodates all such request subject to availability. 

When will I receive my holiday booking vouchers?

You will receive all your holidays booking vouchers on completion of all payments of your holiday booking or 72 hours before travel date whichever is later

How do I get on tour support?

Who will by my local support during the tour?

When you buy a complete tour from us we will provide all the important contact numbers and details mentioned in your travel documents.

How can I avail EMI payments facility ?

Trip Tap Toe provides EMI facility in partnership with or Fintech partners. Ask your personal concierge on the steps to avail the same 

How do I change or cancel my booking?

The current situation is very dynamic and you are advised to take an informed decision based on the supplier cancelation & refund policy. Our customer support executives will do their best to guide you through the process

When can I expect a refund for my cancelled bookings?

Refunds pertaining to the COVID19 situation can take up to 90-120 days for the refund process after receiving the refund from the airline/hotel.  You are strongly recommended to reschedule your travel instead of cancelation. In many cases, the airline/hotel is providing a credit shell, instead. For such cases, you will be required to contact the customer care to utilize the credit shell for a future date.
