One tends to be ignorant towards one’s own inner voice because the hustle bustle of city life keeps one too busy to spend some time alone. Solo trip gives you a chance to give some time to your own self, think about your desires and meditate upon them. You develop new interests, polish the ones you already have and change your perspective towards life. It is very much like a soul purifying activity. This is the perfect time to recharge your system and return back with more energy. Bhutan is my most favorite place for a solo trip and I love the serene air and picturesque surroundings. Just perfect to roam around, get lost, meditate and recover.

Find Those Answers

solo-trip

Whenever I travel alone, I always find answers to most important questions in my life, questions which remain unanswered in the confused, chaotic mind find the best answers when guided by  my soul. For some it could be something related to business, for some it could be career or studies or about one’s personal life. All these answers rest within us, we just have to give some time and think deeper which is next to impossible when surrounded by people. Voices from outside tend to mislead  most of the time and that is when we need to listen to the inner voice and trust it.

Bring that Artist Out

One thing I like the most about a solo trip is that it helps me spare some time for my art. Landscapes become a beautiful painting and the calm breeze on a beach is just perfect to write some poetry. Nature and art are closely related and one gets to understand this better on a solo trip. The most  precious poems of my life were written during my solo trips, the most magnificent paintings were inspired by the most exquisite beaches and the most appealing pictures were clicked in the remotest locations. These moments of loneliness will bring sheer joy to your life.
